In the wake of its delisting, CMVT.PK took timely and appropriate steps to rebuild its global leadership team. Mark Terrill was quickly appointed Chairman, subsequently rebuilt the board and, in April 2007, Andre Dahan was named CEO. Based in New York, Dahan quickly built a new global leadership team across virtually all functions to work with the existing teams and infrastructure located in Israel.

However, when a year-long search (with one of the "big 4" firms) did not yield results, BNG was retained to recruit their new CFO. A timely and successful completion of this project set the stage for a very productive and trusting relationship that continues to grow.
