In rebuilding its new leadership team from the top down, the CEO and Board retained BNG to help recruit its CFO after an unsuccessful, year-long endeavor with a ‘big four’ search firm. The CFO will have primary responsibility for the re-listing efforts, along with creating a US-based team of finance professionals to ensure the ongoing integrity of their results and elevating the efficacy of the company’s growth efforts.

• A readily recognized individual of flawless and significant reputation with all external constituent groups.
• Deep operating experience in a global environment with a ‘hands-on’ approach towards solution development.
• Strong merger/acquisition/divestiture experience.
• Intimate working knowledge of SOP 97-2, VSOE, and FAS 123(R) interpretations and applications.
• Experience in consolidating and optimizing global operations, controls, and processes.
• Experience in (re)listing on NASDAQ.
