  • Develop search strategy and target titles/responsibilities.

  • Create target company list.
  • Engage most appropriate research resources to schema the industry and target companies.
  • Indentify/engage all appropriate associations and specialized industry groups.
  • Leverage personal networks and subscription databases for fast start.
  • Partners manage candidate calling.
  • Develop and present candidate slate to client for active dialog.
  • Perform comprehensive interview testing background, individual contributions, achievements, transferable skills, career goals, and culture fit.
  • Cull most highly qualified candidates for client presentation and interview.
  • Create and present a comprehensive candidate profile report to client.


  • Coordinate client interviews.
  • Review interview feedback with both client and candidate(s).
  • Provide input into creation of compensation package based on a thorough understanding of candidate's current situation and market dynamics.
  • Present offer and negotiate the offer on client's behalf.
  • Collaborate with client and candidate until agreement is reached.
  • BNG partners manage reference checks.

  • Follow up with client and candidate throughout the first year to assure orderly transition.
  • Provide support and input into the on-boarding process.
  • Placement remains off-limits.
